So sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers for all of the family.
I’m so sorry to hear of Rich’s passing! I worked with him at NCTC, both the group home and the workshop from about 1990-1993-ish. Sending prayers of comfort for his family and friends.
Thinking of all of you at this time. In our prayers.
Met Richard and his mother when I worked for Nemaha County Home Health in the 90’s and cared for Father Koestner at his home. Richard and Cecelia were such nice people, always doing things for Father Koestner. May Richard rest in Peace.
We are so sorry for all of Rich’s family, but especially our friend, Mary Lou Cheray. You were all wonderful at tending to his needs. ((HUGS))
