
Lisa
Ann Deters
Lisa Ann Deters, 40, Oneida, KS, died Sunday, September 11, 2005,
at the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital in Seneca. She became suddenly
ill with pneumonia.
She
was born May 30, 1965, at the Seneca Hospital, the daughter of Urban
and Charlotte Sperfslage Deters. As a pre-schooler, Lisa attended the
Nemaha County Day Care in Seneca. When she became school age, Lisa took
special education classes at Hiawatha until she was eighteen years old.
She made her home with her parents. She enjoyed being with her family
and having family and friends come to see her.
She was a member of St. Augustine’s
Church at Fidelity.
Survivors are her father, Urban, Oneida;
a sister, Rose Mueting, Seneca; eight brothers, Richard and Jean, of
Sabetha, Leon, James, and Rene, of the home, Nick of Baileyville, Kevin
of Seneca, and Ervin of Fairview; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother,
Charlotte Elizabeth Deters on March 3, 1998.
Mass of Christian burial will be 1:30
P.M. Tuesday, at St. Augustine’s Church. Burial will be in the
church cemetery. The rosary will be prayed at 7 P.M. Monday at the Lauer
Funeral Home in Seneca where she will lie in state after 8:30 A.M. on
Monday.
Memorials may be given for the church
or for the church cemetery, and sent in care of the family.
